After 20 years in the dental industry—18 of those as a qualified dental nurse—I finally said enough is enough.

I walked away from a job that drained me, belittled me, and pushed me to the edge emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. What started as a noble career ended up being one long, exhausting journey through toxic management, poor treatment, and constant burnout. But what they didn’t take from me was my vision—and my worth.

VaiBan Aesthetics was born out of that breaking point.

It was during some of my lowest moments that I began dreaming of something more. I’ve always been passionate about smiles, wellness, and helping people feel good about themselves—but I wanted to do it on my terms. With integrity. With care. With luxury.
